Ltd.,) was established in 1965 manufacturing NGM High Drafting Systems. The current products are Vari Pitch Sheave (VPS) Spindle Speed Regulators (under licence of Nihon Spindle Mfg.Co. Ltd., Japan), LTAL Auto Levellers, SPI-RA-CLEAN Spindle Cleaning Equipment and Chute Feed Systems for Carding. The Company has more than 20,000 installations at textile mills. EXEMPLAR-NIHON SPINDLE MFG. CO. PVT. LTD., is a 50:50 Indo-Japan Joint Venture – manufacturing top quality world-class Spindles in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of Nihon Spindle Mfg. Co. Ltd., Japan. Exemplar-Nihon Spindle enjoys the status of OE suppliers to Kirloskar Toyoda Textile Machinery Co. Ltd., (KTTM) and success in export and in the replacement market to a large number of Spinning Mills all over India. THE NATIONAL WIRE HEALD WORKS PVT. LTD., is manufacturing textile weaving accessories – Flat Steel Healds, Stainless Steel Healds and Drop Wires.
